About the CEO

Kermit Williams His major focus is to tackle real issues. Kermit uses his sense of humor along with old fashion bluntness, to help start the dialogue for change. Williams received the 2007 social justice award from the Michigan Young Democrats for his work to keep affirmative action. He has also run for Political office in the city of Pontiac; however Kermit believes that no change will happen until we apply God’s principals back to our communities. At the age of 26, Williams currently engages in the fight to change the images that are forced upon us by the main stream media. “All black men are not statistics waiting to be locked up but through God will all have the ability for Greatness!” says Williams. “Change starts here. It starts in the mind we have to believe with every fiber of our being that I was created to Overcome.”
